When does my money arrive? Your money calendar

Updated on

Your money calendar

A white-collar worker in JC 200 receives their October salary no later than 5 November 2026, their year-end bonus no later than 31 December 2026, and their double holiday pay in May or June. The tax assessment notice (aanslagbiljet / avertissement-extrait de rôle) for 2025 income arrives no later than 30 June 2027.

Enter your status and your sector: Indexo sets out the money coming in over the next 12 months, with the rule and source for each date. Add the dates to your calendar in one click.

Firm dates, ranges and estimates

Some dates are set by a rule: salary no later than the 4th working day after the month, the JC 200 year-end bonus no later than 31 December. Others are only known as a period, such as blue-collar workers’ holiday pay, paid between 2 May and 30 June depending on the fund. The tax refund is an estimate: usually two months after the tax assessment notice.

Indexo says so on every line: date set by the rule, range or calculated date, official or secondary source. When a date falls on a weekend, it is not moved: no postponement rule has been found for these payments.
