Service vouchers (JC 322.01): what minimum wage in 2026?
Updated on
Since 1 November 2026, withholding tax on pay has been calculated differently (Royal Decree of 27 September 2026). The calculations on this page still follow the previous rules: for pay received from 1 November, withholding tax and net pay may differ. Update in progress.
As of 1 September 2026, the minimum wage for service voucher domestic helpers under JC 322.01 ranges from €15.26 to €16.16 gross an hour, or €2,512.81 to €2,661.01 a month full-time. At the bottom of the scale, a single person keeps €2,180.70 net a month.
Next indexation: date to be confirmed. You can check the pay scale for your job with the tool on this page.
Who is covered?
Joint subcommittee 322.01 (CP 322.01 in French, PC 322.01 in Dutch) covers approved service voucher companies (dienstencheques in Dutch, titres-services in French): home help, ironing, shopping. Domestic helpers have blue-collar status.
How do you read the pay scale?
The minimum is an hourly wage that depends only on your seniority in the sector: less than a year, then at least 1, 2 and 3 years. Seniority counts from your first service voucher contract, with any employer in the sector, successive contracts included. Suspensions of more than three months do not count, except for illness and accidents at work.
The CSC and the ACV publish a single pay scale, with no distinction between Regions. In Brussels, the rise of €0.77 an hour granted in 2025 in Flanders and Wallonia was announced at the end of 2025, backdated to March 2025; whether it applies in Brussels is still to be confirmed.

Indexation: when does your pay scale go up?
2% each time the pivot index is exceeded. Indexation of 2% a few months after the pivot index is exceeded (1 March 2026, then 1 September 2026). Indexation applies to the pay scales (minimum wages). Your employer cannot refuse it.
| Date | Percentage | Status | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Previous indexation | 1 March 2026 | +2% | Official |
| Last indexation | 1 September 2026 | +2% | Official |
| Next indexation | Date to be confirmed | +2% | To be confirmed |
- Next indexation: After the pivot index is next exceeded, forecast for November 2026 by the Planning Bureau; month of application to be confirmed.
If the 2% indexation is confirmed, a salary of €2,512.81 gross a month (the lowest minimum on the scale: less than a year) would rise by €50.26 gross, or about €6.48 net a month for a single person.

Frequently asked questions
Does my seniority with another service voucher employer count?
Yes. Seniority counts from your first contract in the service voucher sector, whatever the employer, successive contracts included. Keep your old contracts or payslips to prove it.
Is a domestic helper’s pay the same in Brussels?
To be confirmed. The CSC and the ACV publish a single scale: €15.26 an hour in the first year and €16.16 after 3 years, as of 1 September 2026. But in 2025, Brussels still had a lower scale (€13.90 to €14.76 according to Partena Professional). The Brussels rise of €0.77 was announced at the end of 2025, backdated to March 2025, although the funding had not yet been released (La DH, 26 December 2025). Compare your payslip and, if in doubt, ask your trade union.
What if my salary is below the JC 322.01 pay scale?
First check your category or class, and the seniority taken into account. Then ask your employer for a correction, in writing: the tool on this page drafts the message. If nothing changes, contact your trade union or the Control on Social Legislation inspectorate of FPS Employment. Pay arrears can be claimed.
How do I know if I come under JC 322.01?
The joint committee number is on your payslip and often in your contract. It depends on the company’s main activity and on your status (blue-collar or white-collar worker), not on your occupation.
